Further features include fully tiled bathrooms, ducted heating, and ducted cooling throughout, large laundry, double lock up garage, alarm system/intercom, private courtyard.
Ten minutes walk to Forest Hill Chase Shopping Centre, easy access to public transport and local parks. Less than ten minutes walk to Nunawading Aquatic center, where you have the facility to swim, gym, spa.

This house became home for over 6 months while working in Melbourne. The owners made us feel welcome and were happy to help with any requests or issues.
Happily recommend to anyone wanting a modern house with plenty of room wanting a place to stay in the Eastern suburbs.
