Location, Size, Facilities, Decor were all
Excellent
Three things: disorganised key pick-up/dropoff of keys, eg checkout is 10am on a Sunday but the dropoff location only opens at 12 on a Sunday, and after-hours box is impossible to find. Secondly, front door sticks and was faulty. Third, the instructions to the car park locations were incorrect, I ended up being locked in a lift at 630am, and having to deal with a lift emergency service that didn’t speak English :)
