The property was clean. The kids enjoyed the pool table.
The beds were comfortable and the linen felt clean.
We nicknamed it ‘The fridge’. It was freezing with no heating. Given the cost per night this should have been communicated or numerous THICK blankets should have been provided. There was ONE portable heater AND some throw rugs for a massive house and 4 bedrooms. We all wore jumpers to bed.
There was also no mugs! We had to use glasses for cups of tea.
There was also minimal cutlery…one fork I think! Plenty of chop sticks🤷♀️
There was the smallest mirror in the far bathroom held up by a shower holder! The bathroom needs some attention.
