Great value for the price, I had read some reviews stating the location was skeptical but ended up being fine. I couldn’t agree more with the other reviews! We had a party of 6 and the space was spacious enough that we were not on top of each other. The beds were very comfortable.
There were several ACs throughout the apartment, but it didn’t seem to put much of a damper on the heat that stayed within the apartment until very late into the night. Due to the houses being so close together, the parking was a little tight, but we managed to make it work.

Very cute space. Lighting in the living room was amazing. I wish we had more time to enjoy it. The bed in the main bed room was super comfortable. Thanks for having tea available.
the door had a code lock which was easy to use. The address is noted as 1336-1338 Penn Avenue. The address of the actual property with the code is 1338. In the middle of the night with rain, it was a bit confusing and I went the door at 1336. Th person in 1336 was very gracious but I felt bad disturbing them. Also, please note in the description that there are many stairs to climb. We had an 87 yr old in our party and it was very challenging.

Good comfortable beds. Newly renovated feeling. Comfy lounge chairs. Nice big fridge. Good for 1 night stay
Location was concerning to start with but ended up being OK. Didn't have our 6th bed for our 6th family member but after messaging owner found it was a trundle we hadn't discovered. Few minor cleanliness issues and double bed fitted sheet on Queen bed which was interesting as it kept coming off during the night.
