Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Design ist traumhaft und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch die Sauberkeit war top. Besonders hilfreich fanden wir das kleine Heft mit Erklärungen zur Elektronik und weiteren wichtigen Informationen rund um die Unterkunft. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, das Disneyland ist mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es dennoch: Vor der Abreise ein paar widersprüchliche Informationen. Zum einen wurde zunächst ein Check-out bis 10:00 Uhr mitgeteilt, obwohl in unserer Buchungsbestätigung 10:30 Uhr stand. Nach kurzer Nachfrage hieß es dann sogar, 11:00 Uhr wären auch in Ordnung. Zum anderen erhielten wir vorab die Anweisung, die Betten abzuziehen und den Müll zu entsorgen. Für eine Buchung über Booking.com fanden wir das eher ungewöhnlich. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass dies lediglich eine Bitte zur Unterstützung der Reinigungskraft sei. Da die Nachricht zunächst wie eine feste Anweisung formuliert war, fanden wir das etwas irreführend.
