Great location, spacious, clean, comfortable bed and couch. Owner was contactable. Strong WiFi. Easy to access keys.

The location is great... 1km from London Bridge, shops and markets nearby. Bus stop close by. The place is beautiful. I didn't need to rush to the market, as there were cleaning products and personal hygiene items.
The cleanliness of this place is terrible. I had to sleep on a small spring mattress in the living room because the smell of urine in the bedroom was unbearable. When I arrived, the house was dirty. I had to clean it myself, wiping the bedroom carpet with a damp cloth to clean it; there was a lot of hair, dust, and a strong smell coming from the bathroom as well. The shower water would get hot and then suddenly turn cold; I had to interrupt my shower several times. There are only two pots for cooking. The cutlery drawer is broken and the dishes are stained. I also missed having a TV.
