Everything!! Fabulous location central to the main attractions. Immaculately clean and very well appointed. Has everything you could want!

Loved it all!! Small negative….we were given the wrong lock box code. HOWEVER, I messaged the apartments and it was rectified within minutes. Bed possibly in the hard side….fine for me though. Couldn’t find nor work the aircon and we needed it, but we lived.

The apartment is modern and exceptionally clean. Its location is excellent, within easy walking distance of Tower Bridge and many other major attractions. Having a Tesco Express and Greggs conveniently located downstairs was a real bonus. The apartment is well laid out and equipped with useful appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher, which made our stay more convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were of good quality.

The apartment has good potential, but there were several issues that affected our stay. The biggest drawback was the lack of air conditioning, which made the apartment unbearably hot. Although two fans were provided, they were too small to make any noticeable difference, and the third fan was broken. When I requested a replacement, I was told that none were available in London. The apartment was also missing a few basic amenities, including a microwave, a drying rack, and a sufficient number of clothes hangers. In addition, the ironing board was broken. Check-out at 10:00 a.m. also felt earlier than is customary. These are relatively minor issues that could be addressed easily. With a few improvements to the amenities and comfort, this property has the potential to be a five-star accommodation.
