ARCORE Premium Apartments London Bridge

The location was perfect. The apartment was very well appointed and very spacious. We were wanting two rooms and two bathrooms and this unit delivered. There was a very large lounge and dining room as well as a big kitchen. We were also after a unit that provided air conditioning and this air con was appreciated. The large balcony provided plenty of room outside to benefit from the breeze (we were in London when it was hot) and the view. I have seen negative reviews about the hosts. We had a fantastic response from the host. We were able to contact them easily by message or phone call and they responded fed quickly each time. They were very understanding when we had difficulty arranging the payment of the deposit and they helped us through that. We will chose this apartment first if we ever get the opportunity to visit London again.

洗衣机里还遗留了上一个客户的衣物，应该全面检查一下。 拿钥匙比较麻烦，门口站了好久才确认好可以拿。 电控的窗帘不好控制。 退房后联系开发票都没人理我。

Nous avons aimé la taille de l'appartement spacieux et moderne, tout équipé. Nous avons adoré sa situation géographique, en plein coeur de Londres. Personne accueillante pour la remise des clés.

La communication était assez efficace (messages par la plateforme de location, explication lors de la visite de l'appartement) mais nous avons noté tout de même un leger manque de réactivité sur nos questions. L'hebergeur semble plus réactif sur d'autres plateformes de location. Certain éléments de l'appartement sont abimés. Pensez à faire des photos pendant la remise des clés.
