Fantastic location, near to the Thames in quiet neighbourhood. A light, airy, comfortable apartment with very helpful host.

The property’s location was ideal as we had plans on the tuesday for a meal at a restaurant which was only 5 minutes walk. It was also within walking distance to the Tower Bridge. When we had booked we hadnt realised how close it actually was but also that it was on the other side of the Tower Bridge which we had never been to. The view we were pleasantly greeted with from the river side was amazing. This also came recommended by Marc who told us to get ourselves out there after we had checked in to see the view for ourselves as it was a nice clear evening. Really liked the fact that it slept up to 6 people and that the beds were in separate rooms. Beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Great to have a kitchen that was separate from the living room/space. Had its own private secure parking which the host, Marc, ensured we had access to. Marc the host was excellent. He got in touch with me the day before we travelled down for an approx ETA so that he could make sure he was available to greet us and get us parked up and also show us around the apartment. There was tea and coffee available with a fresh full bottle of milk which we didnt end up using as we had brought our own milk from home. He was also very accommodating as we had some last minute change in plans which I made him aware of on the day we were travelling down. He was very extremely friendly and it felt like we were old friends catching up which is kind of unusual for London 😌

On the slight downside it had single glazed windows which meant you could hear everything outside. However, complimentary welcome toiletries were provided for each room which included earplugs that I did have to use as I do struggle falling asleep when there is noise. There wasnt enough bowls for cereal or porridge in the morning which was a little frustrating and would have liked to have had some proper mugs for cups of tea. The wifi was a little slow but only when trying to watch something on the TV on the Monday evening but then was ok in the morning the following day. This could just have been a small blip as we all get with wifi. The sofa in the living room opened out into a double bed. The sofa itself was very comfortable to sit on however the bed (mattress) was not so comfy. You could feel all the springs in the mattress. We ended up just using the sofa as the third bed which was much more comfortable.
