ALLES 😀: - freundlicher und sehr zuvorkommender Vermieter - Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung: Ringbahn (3 S-Bahnen) und Autobahn quasi vor der Haustür (den davon ausgehende Lärm bekommt man in der Wohnung allerdings nicht mit, da diese ausschließlich zum ruhigen Innenhof liegt) - viele liebevolle Details und für diese Wohnungsgröße ungewöhnlich umfangreiche Ausstattung - Angenehme Matratze (weder zu hart noch zu weich) - zwei bequeme Kinosessel und großer Fernseher sind toll, wenn man abends mal nicht raus möchte
NICHTS Wer allerdings nicht so gern Treppen steigt, sollte wissen, dass es sich um eine Wohnung im 4. OG ohne Aufzug handelt.

Sehr netter Gastgeber eines super gepflegten Appartements Es gab eine fürsorgliche Einweisung. Die Klimaanlage hat uns bei mehr als 40 ° C Außentemperatur gerettet .Der Riesenfernseher kann wahlweise von den gemütlichen Kinosesseln , als auch vom Bett aus genutzt werden. Die Jalousien und Rollläden sorgen für perfekte Verdunklungsmöglichkeit und ein kleiner Balkon rundet alles ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Für uns war es gut gelegen.
Im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein.
