posizione strategica perfetta, appartamento pulito molto bello e ristrutturato, ben tenuto. molto luminoso. lo staff risponde solo via messaggio ma è sempre molto presente e disponibile

confermo che il wifi funziona poco, conviene non usarlo proprio. la zona è molto silenziosa, fatta eccezione per il campanile della basilica che suona forte a ogni ora, incluse le 8 del mattino. per me che ho il sonno leggero è stato fastidioso

Not brand new, but really beautiful and very clean apartment: clean, cozy and spacy. Great location. It has everything you need (though I would suggest to put some extra blankets at least in winter season).

They manage everything remotely. There is no person who returns your calls or meets you. In my case, there was some problem with their electronic connection, so they couldn't open the door remotely for me. Luckily, it was 12 afternoon and not the middle of the night, but it was very cold and I had to wait for two hours in the restaurant with a huge suitcase until they could open the door. All the communication was via booking as their WhatsApp didn't work as well . They told me to wait until someone will arrive to open the door, but nobody came and nobody updated me on that. I had to send them multiple messages to get the reply. There was a heating issue on my first night also, and of course there was no one to speak until the next day. Then they indeed sent a guy o fix that , but I think if there was a person who really cares and replies to my calls, I would feel much better. Also, no apology or compensation was suggested to me after all these situations. That was also very weird. Things can happen, but the host must show some respect to guests in cases like that.

Logement central et calme, propre, bien équipé, la terrasse est incroyable, c'était très bien!

Il manque un pommeau de douche pour éviter de se mouiller les cheveux à chaque fois.
