This spot gives you a great perspective onto the Frari Church on the left, one of the most important and ancient in Venice, and the historical buildings facing the Campo on the right. A typical Canaletto setting, one of the most picturesque you can find.
The area is very central and well serviced, not too crowded but active both culturally and socially. The neighbourhood is much loved by Venetian residents. The San Polo District is known for the many good traditional restaurants and cafés, the very ancient and most fascinating buildings, the attractive Rialto Market where you can buy the best seafood and produce.
The Frari is a third and top-floor apartment full of natural light that features high wooden beamed ceiling and nice parquet flooring. This apartment is very well laid out to maximally optimize space. The first bedroom has a big built-in wardrobe where you can store many luggage, the second bedroom is part of the living room but can be separated with a well thought sliding door. Please see the pictures in the gallery for further reference. Some closet space is provided also in the second bedroom. In the living room there is also a comfortable sofa-bed in case you need three separate beds. The kitchen and the cupboards of the living room are spacious enough to store necessary pots, pans, utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses.
When opening the windows on both sides of the house you can enjoy a nice breeze that keeps the apartment cool also during the hottest days. The Frari apartment is equipped with air conditioning, autonomous heating system, Wi-Fi internet connection, Smart TV, washing machine, 4 burners gas stove, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, etc.
We recommend the apartment to people who want to explore Venice's slow pace and relaxed lifestyle. This is a perfect apartment also for longer stays.
Additional Rules & Information
• A €400 security deposit is required by credit card at check-in for all guests, except for bookings made via Airbnb.
• Tourist Tax (€ 4 per person, per night) must be paid in cash at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights. Children aged 10–16 receive a 50% discount, while children under 10 are exempt.
• The number of guests, including children, must not exceed the apartment’s maximum occupancy stated on the apartment page
• Please inform us of your arrival time at least 4 days before check-in.
• Standard check-in is available from 14:00 to 20:00.
• Late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00 is available for an additional € 50 fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• Check-in from 00:00 to 01:00 is available for a € 80 check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
• No check-in is possible after 01:00 AM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Please contact us in advance if you would like to request an early luggage drop-off.
• After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an e-mail with our online check-in form. There, you can let us know your preferred bed setup (single or double beds). If no preference is selected, we’ll prepare the apartment according to the default setup shown on the form.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the owner and require an additional fee of € 80 per stay. Please contact us before booking, as cancellations due to pet non-approval are not eligible for a refund.
