Zklamaný ……..

Moje žena a já jsme se těšili, že strávíme 3 dny v oblasti Stubai; Místo toho jsme však zažili stres. Když jsme dorazili do cíle, v ubytování nikdo nebyl; Zazvonili jsme na zvonek a čekali, ale bez výsledku. Poté jsem zavolal pronajímateli a ten mi řekl, že musíme do pokoje vstoupit z balkónu; Nemohl jsem tuto situaci pochopit, protože budova měla normální vstupní dveře. Pak z hlavního vchodu vyšla velmi laskavá stará dáma a skutečně nás ukázala do pokoje přes terasu vzadu. I když jsme dorazili v dohodnutý čas, rychle jsme si všimli, že koupelna, ložnice a obývací pokoj jsou velmi studené, což naznačuje, že celý byt není dostatečně vytápěn. Ani po zavření oken nefungovalo topení efektivně a teplota v koupelně byla pouhých 14 °C; Byla to nepřijatelně nízká teplota. V reakci na tuto situaci jsem v 19:32 poslal SMS pronajímateli a nahlásil problém. Bylo mi doporučeno zapnout topení v koupelně; To jsem udělal, ale bohužel nedošlo k žádnému zlepšení – teplota byla stále kolem 14,5 °C. Ve 21:12 jsem znovu kontaktoval pronajímatele prostřednictvím SMS, ale nedostal jsem žádnou odpověď; zatímco on sám bydlel v horním patře. Tato situace byla pro nás velmi znepokojivá; Jaká škoda. Vzhledem k těmto okolnostem jsme se rozhodli ukončit náš pobyt té noci o dva dny dříve. Druhý den v 07:30 mi přišla SMS od majitele, že mezi 12:00 a 13:00 přijde někdo situaci zkontrolovat; Pro nás už však bylo pozdě a rozhodli jsme se odejít. Výsledkem bylo, že jsme místo plánovaných tří nocí zůstali v apartmánu pouze jednu noc.
