Excellent stay, really value for money!

The property is very nice and comfortable. It has three separate bedrooms with a separate bathroom for each bedroom. Since we were only 4, we had only 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for us. The host lives in the house downstairs and was very helpful with explaining us everything and also when we had a small problem with clothes he was very kind and did the laundry for us. Our stay was very nice and we will definitely come back again next time!

Exceptional

Very nice apartment in Stubaital, 15 minutes drive to a pleasant ski resort Schlick 2000, as well as to the Subai Gletscher ski area. Good and quiet location, a typical Tirol restaurant and supermarket are in the walking distance. The apartment has a great layout, it includes 3 double rooms, each of them has its own toilet, bathroom and access to the balcony, they have a common kitchen and dining room. This is an ideal accommodation for a family with kids or for a group of friends. The apartment is clean, well equipped. The communication with the owner, check-in and check-out were smooth.

Exceptionally clean, good facilities and great views

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. Having 3 bathrooms were also a big plus. The view from the balcony was nice too. The kitchen was very well equipped and the dishwasher saved us quite some time. But the best part was the whole apartment was exceptionally clean and well maintained! With Stubai Super card, its good value for money.

The hosts were super kind, beautiful view, lovely porch, great location for traveling stubai. We had everything we needed. Very comfortable to have three bedrooms with private bathroom & shower each.

The dining room is a bit small but the kitchen is well equipped. Less liked the mattress.

Beautiful mountain view. Quiet area with not too much traffic or noise. Well equipped kitchen with diner table. No seperate living room but that was no problem.

Przestronny, wygodny apartament: dwie dwuosobowe sypialnie (duże szafy, b. wygodne łóżka, sejf, żelazko, deska do prasowania, suszarka itp) do każdej łazienka (suszarka, mydło, papier toalet, ręczniki), salon (duży stół, sofa, szafki, wieszaki itp) z aneksem kuchennym (b. dobrze wyposażony, dużo naczyń i sztućców, garnków, ekspres do kawy, kuchenka 4 palnikowa, zmywarka, czajnik itp) ), prywatna narciarnia z suszarką do butów narciarskich, przedpokój, taras, miejsce parkingowe. Bardzo CZYSTO. Jest WSZYSTKO czego potrzeba. Miła Gospodyni. Spokojna okolica, dobra lokalizacja, blisko do sklepu. Byliśmy w zimie - bardzo blisko do przystanku skibusa, ciepło, zawsze odgarnięty śnieg.

CZ Každý pokoj má vchod na balkón, svojí koupelnu se záchodem a chytrou telkou takže luxus. Velmi příjemné postele. Spoustu radiátorů na sušení prádla po lyžovačce. Venku jsou vyhřívané skříňky na přeskáče a dají se tam schovat i lyže. Pár set metrů od ubytování je obchod (SPAR) a do 20 min u Lanovky. ENG Each room has an entrance to the balcony, its own bathroom with toilet and smart TV, so luxury. Very comfortable beds. Lots of radiators for drying clothes after skiing. There are heated lockers for ski boots outside and you can also hide your skis there. A few hundred meters from the accommodation there is a shop (SPAR) and within 20 minutes at the ski area.
