Amazing apartment, nice host, great ski area at higher altitude!

Aparatment was very roomy and clean. Amazing apartment. Beautiful view. Free parking directly in front. 20mins from the glacier by car. Bus station nearby, and also ski services.

No ski racks were there in the apartment. But we didn't look for them explicitly, we had plenty of space anyways.

Superb

Apartment was very nice, big, clean rooms, big warm bathrooms, very good location. Since we were two families with kids we wanted to have common place for kids to play, this was fulfilled by huge living room. Kitchen was great, fully equipped and super good to prepare our every day meals.

In accommodation confirmation of our reservation we have seen different apartment as when we have received when arrived. Therefore our expectations were different. However owner has provided to us more suitable apartment, better one, free of charge, we really loved it! For future as recommendation, in case of change of apartment would be better to communicate and not to mix pictures from different apartments, that is making a lot of confusion. Small issue, we were lacking 2nd pair of keys from the apartment, which for two families was a bit complication, however we could handle.

Great for families/groups of friends

We had a great family apartment that might be even good for 2 befriended families 😀 It was warm, fully equipped (kitchen allows for self cooking, but it is worth trying the local food too!), with WiFi. There is a ski room in the basement for the equipment. There is a parking space right at the entrance, the bus leaves from nearby. You can also take it to the center, as we didn't feel like walking 😉 there is SPAR some 200m from the apartment. Very good impression 👌 Definitely recommended!

Helpfull host:)

Everything was fine! Clean :) For our daughter rabbits were additional entertaiment. The host was wonderful, and helpfull!!! Very good communication with the host. The location is only 15 minutes away by car from Eisgrath bahn. Big parking. Thanky you that we could stay at your apartment:)!

Great quality price

We stayed in a 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms apartment in the ground floor. They have several appartments (some in Landhaus Severin building) but ours was a 100m away from it. The appartment was very spacious with quality kitchen cookware (except pans) and very comfortable beds. Views from apartment are nice although you have some buildings between house and mountain. Parking was very convenient in front of the property.

Two rooms were facing the road, and although is not a busy road, may be an issue for a light sleeper. Communication with host was a bit poor as there were no house instructions on our arrival - we needed to ask via SMS the wifi code. We realized on our last day we could have had someone clean the appartment and change towels once per week. Finally, we came here some years ago and they had an agreement with Kindl hotel (in front) to use their facilities (bike rent and swimming pool) but apparently after covid, they don't do it anymore.

Host is friendly and accommodating. Location is good too. Host also let us extend for 2 more nights and moved to a bigger room. Beds in bigger room were more comfortable.

Shower room is a bit small. Some facilities are old and needs repair. Pillows too thin.

Lovely place near the mountain valley, easily reachable even with bus. Very relaxing stay at Landhaus Anja

Pillows were not placed for all, WiFi password was not well informed, had to pick up dishwasher tablets from nearby Landhaus. But after a call things were sorted out.

Wygodny, przestronny i dobrze zlokalizowany apartament. Polecam !

Mieszkanko bardzo wygodne, przestrzenne, dobrze wyposażone, czyste. Łóżka duże, materace wygodne a pościel przyjemna w dotyku. W piwnicy dostępna suszarka do butów narciarskich i magazyn na sprzęt. W obu pokojach TV choć niewiele oglądaliśmy. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra dla tych co chcieliby dostać się do Stubai, ośrodka Schlick2000 lub Stubay (aquapark z sauną) to ok. 15-20 minut samochodem. W okolicy, ok. 300 m sklep spożywczy, wyposażony we wszystko co trzeba. W okolicy parę restauracji ale z ubogim menu, raczej dla dorosłych gości.

Brakowało niektórych przyborów kuchennych, ostrego noża, łyżeczek, kubków normalnych rozmiarów, za to były 4 patelnie i wiele garnków ;) Zmywarka dostępna ale trzeba mieć swoją chemię aby ją włączyć, podobnie brakowało worków na śmieci. Zatem trzeba wszystko spakować ze sobą i nie liczyć na to, że w mieszkaniu ktoś zostawił trochę soli lub gąbkę do mycia naczyń. Dość szczegółowe informacje nt. segregacji śmieci ale brak tylu pojemników aby temu sprostać. Nie było wentylacji w łazience więc po kąpieli trzeba było otwierać okienko. To są szczegóły ale być może właściciele to poprawią i zyskają na tym większe zadowolenie gości.

Avar, hästi sisustatud elamine, kus oli mugav peatuda. Pererahvas oli sõbralik. Võrratud vaated mägedele. Lapsel oli võimalus käia kohe majutusasutuse juures oleval mänguväljakul ja uudistada ka loomi (lehmad, ponid, jänesed jne).

Internet oli katkendlik, see natuke häiris (käimas oli korvpalli EM).

Fijn verblijf met wat aandachtspunten

De ligging is prachtig, met uitzicht op de bergen. Mevrouw van appartement is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De eerste nacht moesten we in een andere kamer slapen omdat die van ons waar ons hondje in mocht nog niet vrij was, dat was jammer en onhandig omdat we de volgende dag moesten verhuizen naar het appartement wat we hadden geboekt. Appartement Anemone is super schoon en mooi, alleen de keuken is wat ongezellig en de oven en afzuigkap zijn echt niet schoon. Moest ik zelf schoonmaken voor gebruik.

Wir kommen nicht wieder

Die Lage der Unterkunft war gut

Wir wurden ohne Angabe von Gründen in einem anderem Haus untergebracht. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war ungewöhnlich, eine Vielzahl von Möbeln die nicht unbedingt in die Wohnung passten. Die Küche war gut mit Elektrogeräten ausgestattet, dafür gab es kaum Geschirr oder Besteck was zusammenpasste, Besteck gab es zu wenig, ein scharfes Messer gab es nicht, dafür einen Spachtel, usw. Es wirkte alles etwas lieblos zusammengestellt. Unser größtes Ärgernis war die Rechnung für unseren Hund (15€ pro Tag), und diese Zusatzkosten wurden uns erst am letzten Tag mitgeteilt. Wir kommen nicht wieder.
