The apartment was nice and clean.
They lied about the location of the apartment. The address online that was listed initially was completely different from the actual address that was only given to us the day before arrival. The address we booked showed the apartment in the town by the main road and the bus to the ski lift. Actually, it was at the top of a huge steep hill, way above the town. Impossible to walk to the bus in ski boots. If we had been there when there was more snow, our car would not have made it. It is very dishonest. And when we contacted them through Booking, they said we needed to contact the host directly, which we didn't manage to do. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 nights. They also couldn't help us with that. So it was a good place, but the location is not what they promised.

The view was amazing, comfortable bed and bathroom
Balcony was dirty, clean it before someone next are coming
The conversation with ‘bell villa’ was dramatic. Every day after reservation I get few times the same message (extra cost for belvilla).
Don’t get pin to doors and address of our stay.. in booking chat I getting answer from bot (any important details)
