The neighborhood was much better than I expected in Chicago. Lot's of commerce and safe to walk at night. And close to whare I need to go the next day. And there was no quibble when I checked out a few minutes after check out time. My regret is that I forgot to leave a tip for the clean up crew.
The door key would not work, but they have 24/7 attendance in the office so this was not a problem for me.
