    A parent of adult professionals who live Lakeview. We want a little privacy and the location is perfect. It’s just easy. It’s not a chain, I like that. It’s dated but the place has intimacy and a good location. The rooms are small but nothing you can’t live with. If you have done some international travel on a budget than you will be okay. This is all about location.
