Hacía mucha calor , había arañas , no estaba muy limpio, entraba mucha claridad por las mañanas , no había cortinas ni persianas en las ventanas

De locatie is echt super: recht tegenover metrohalte Nordhavn en 5 min lopen vanaf het treinstation. Binnen 2 à 3 haltes ben je middenin het centrum! Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor sightseeing! Ligt in een hippe wijk in aanbouw. Supermarkt Meny is tegenover en ook de Lidl op 5 min loopafstand.

Hygiëne was niet super: schoonmaak kon beter, bv. in het diepvriesvak lagen nog spullen van vorige mensen. Douche liep niet goed af, helaas was het weekend dus receptie was niet aanwezig zodat het lastig was dit op te lossen. Ook keukengerei/servies was niet volledig en te weinig. Voor deze prijs hadden we dit wel wat beter verwacht. Verder ligt de locatie in een wijk in aanbouw dus hou rekening met wat bouwlawaai vanaf de vroege ochtend.

Centraal gelegen in een nieuw stadsdeel. Tegenover de metro om naar centrum-Kopenhagen te reizen, maar ook genoeg horeca en winkels rondom de accommodatie. Het appartement zelf was licht en efficiënt ingericht.

Het appartement voldeed niet aan een goede schoonmaak. Onder bedden en kastjes kwamen stofwolken vandaan bij het openen van de deuren of ramen. De efficiënte inrichting maakte ook meteen dat er dingen misten, zoals voldoende haakjes om handdoeken op te hangen of voldoende stopcontacten rondom het tweepersoonsbed bij gebrek aan een nachtkastje.

The apartment is well laid out, bright and has a modern, attractive design. It has two bedrooms and a reasonably well-equipped kitchen, although a few additional utensils would be useful. The living area is comfortable for two people, although it may feel a little small for a larger group. The location is excellent, right in front of a metro station and in a modern, lively neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby. Getting around Copenhagen from here is very convenient.

The main issue was definitely the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the apartment did not feel thoroughly cleaned. There was a significant amount of accumulated dust under the beds, along the skirting boards and around the window frames, as well as cobwebs on the ceilings and around some of the lamps. The bottom of the shower curtain was also noticeably brown and in need of a proper clean or replacement. Overall, the cleaning seemed quite superficial, rather than the thorough cleaning you would expect from accommodation in this price range. The apartment would really benefit from regular deep cleaning. The bedrooms are rather small and the beds could be more comfortable. The apartment also shows some signs of wear and tear, with details such as loose or poorly maintained light fixtures. This is a shame because the design and layout are very nice, and with better maintenance the apartment could be much more appealing. Access to reception and guest assistance was also not particularly straightforward, and the QR code provided for additional guest information did not work. This made the experience feel somewhat less supported than expected. Considering Copenhagen prices, we still felt that the level of cleanliness and maintenance did not match the price paid. With more attention to deep cleaning, maintenance and guest support, these apartments could offer a much better experience.
