    Chose this place because my friend and I love Audo's products. Though everything looks nice.. there's quite a few inconveniences. And honestly it was quite disappointing. Staff was not friendly until we mentioned we were checking-in. There was no ramp up to the lift - which means we have to carry the luggages on our own. Lift access is limited to opening hours so we have to go back via a side entrance all the time without any lift. The concept store is also a let down, nothing much to shop/purchase. No breakfast voucher/discount despite connected to a cafe downstairs. Check-in is done online which requires an OTP sent to the mobile (sms) which is a huge problem for people whose numbers doesnt have roaming. It was honestly frustrating at this point when they sent their check-in instructions, to register this and that but none worked. Our alternative was to check-in during the reception hours - which is a setback for us considering everything closes at 6pm in the city and we have to be back before the reception closes - 5pm. Felt that this building wasn't meant to have accommodations - the toilet has that mold smell. There's very little space to put toiletries/hang our towels. Wouldn't choose this again.
