    8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
We were shocked by the quality of this hotel when we checked-in. We've got a 'large room' but the bed was next to the wall and a small window. NO KETTLE, NO SEPARATE BODY GEL / SHAMPOO / CONDITIONER / EXTRA CHARGE FOR LUGGAGE STORAGE EVEN FOR ONE HOUR. We feel like checking into a student hostel!!! The hotel staff repeatedly reminded me THIS IS COPENHAGEN as if we came from third-world. At this budget, we are sure we can find a much better hotel!! TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED AND DISSATISFIED.

The location is very good, albeit the room is very small. The reception staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was reasonably priced. I was somewhat disappointed that room charges (for the same room) can triple (I guess with demand).

Superb location and the room is clean and good sized

I would recommend this place jjst for the location. Rooms are very small, breakfast is bad as well as service. They even charge you for leaving your bag for a few hours. Just look for options
