Abbiamo apprezzato molto lo spazio esterno con la doccia, la possibilità di parcheggiare all interno, la vicinanza al supermercato e al centro di Budoni con moltissimi ristoranti.
Migliorabile solo i materassi.

Wir haben zwei Zimmer gebucht und es war aber eine recht grosse Wohnung, kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage im Gang, Mobiliar in Ordnung aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen, angenehmer Kontakt, Check-in und Check-out unkompliziert
kein WLAN (war mir nicht klar, steht aber im Beschrieb), Matratzen etwas durchgelegen, Tisch wackelt, Duschkabine braucht Kraft/Geschick zum Schliessen, Auffahrt zum Innenhof recht eng und zu steil für unser Auto - wir haben schlussendlich auf der Parkwiese auf der anderen Strassenseite parkiert

L’accueil de Flavia, toutes les commodités nécessaires sont présentes dans la maison. Le fait de pouvoir garer la voiture à l’intérieur est un plus!

Ci è piaciuto il check-in anticipato, la grandezza dell’appartamento, la pulizia e una corte esterna godibilissima comprensiva di posto auto con carraio elettrificato.
La struttura risulta solo parzialmente ristrutturata , il bagno è un po’ datato ma tutto pulito e funzionale il tutto un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il supermercato posto di fronte alla struttura è molto comodo ma al tempo stesso crea un po’ di traffico veicolare. Per raggiungere le spiagge nei dintorni occorre l’auto.
