struttura bellissima e spaziosa! sia il giardinetto che il balcone sono ottimi per le sere d’estate posizionata in un bel punto con parcheggio gratuito disponibile. bagno grande e spazioso con un ottimo getto dell’acqua
c’era l’aria condizionata ma posizionata solo in sala quindi in camera durante le ore più calde faceva appunto molto caldo

Appartamento veramente bello, arioso e completamente ben accessoriato. Wi-fi ben funzionante come la TV e molto apprezzata la macchinetta del caffè tipo Nespresso. All'apparenza tutto nuovo.
In tutta sincerità la scala d'ingresso (14 gradini) veramente impegnativa specialmente per una persona anziana (consiglio di mettere un corrimano) da escludere per un disabile. Peccato perchè limita di usufruire anche del bel giardinetto anch'esso ben attrezzato.
