Poloha bola super. 2 min od pláže. Tichá lokalita. Terasa s pekným výhľadom. Priestranný apartmán, boli sme 4 dospelí a 1 dieťa a v pohode nám to stačilo.
Ubytovanie má dosť poškodené vybavenie. Nahnevalo ma, že som musel platiť zálohu 200€. Snáď mi zálohu vrátia. Mohla by tu byť klimatizácia. Pri teplých a bezveterných nociach tu bolo horúco. Pri vetraní sa dostalo dnu vela komárov cez poškodoné sieťky na oknách. Nie som náročný hosť, uprednostňujem stravovanie na ubytovaní, preto mi kuchyňa urobila zlý dojem z apartmánu.

Quick walk to the beach.
Pillows were not overstuffed, just right.
Enough beds in the bedrooms for 5 people. Usually one of my children needs to sleep in the living room on a sofa.
Functional gas range in kitchen.
Outdoor shower.
Neighbors not loud.
No trash bags for the bathroom or kitchen.
No hand soap.
No salt, no dish soap, no dish cloth.
No napkins or paper towels.
We bought these items and are leaving some of these items behind, with the hope they’ll be provided for use by the next tenants.
The rental agency provided 1 bottle of water (water here non potable), 1 roll toilet paper.
Refrigerator first leaked about a liter of water over two days, then the freezer freezed over. Thermostat had been set too high by the previous renters?
No WiFi
No hairdryer
No complimentary shampoo
No air conditioning
The electrical outlets are so old they require an adapter. One power strip and a single adapter were provided.
Depending how neighbors park, it can be a narrow passageway for your car through the entry gate. We damaged our rental car.
We lost power during the night, but we found the circuit breaker panel and solved the problem ourselves.
A damage deposit shouldn’t be required. Furnishings were very basic.
Communication with the agency only in Italian/Sardo. The lady in the office refused twice to give us the address of our rental in advance. I know the keys had to be picked up 15 min away at the rental office, but the airport needed the address so our luggage, that didn’t make the connecting flight, could be delivered.
I’ve rented in Spain, Germany, and Greece, and I’ve come to expect more from a vacation rental.
