The 75-square-meter villa features a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, sofa, smart TV, and air conditioning. Terrace with a large private garden, perfect for relaxing at sunset after a day at the beach. Two double bedrooms, sleeping a total of 4 guests. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Internet access and free street parking are also available.
