Casa vicino al mare, nuova, molto funzionale, con una bella veranda fronte casa e retro. Zona molto tranquilla e vicini tranquilli. Padrone di casa, splendido, sempre molto disponibile. Il mare è bellissimo e anche il paesaggio: dune, pineta, e stagni.

"La casa ci è piaciuta molto e ha un impianto di aria condizionata molto efficiente. Vicina alla spiaggia e molto comoda (eravamo solo in due, ma anche per 4 è ottima) Il proprietario è un pò disattento, è fortunato che la casa è ottima."

A good house for a little family. The house is clean and modern with a small garden. Budoni has some facilities (restaurant, bakery) open as well in autumn. Unfortunately no bed linen included, you have to pay extra (but this is quite common). beach very near but can be windy in autumn.
