Professional and high quality staff, amazing location with very nice decor swimming pool and gym.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We arrived at around 2:00 PM, earlier than the official 3:00 PM check-in time. Fortunately, the staff allowed us to check in early, subject to signing up for the Ascott membership, which was complimentary. We appreciated their flexibility and hospitality. The hotel also has a nice indoor swimming pool and gym, both with a pleasant environment. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. However, it was rather small, measuring less than 20 square metres. One major drawback was the poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear chairs being dragged, doors closing, and even the sound of our own television from outside the room. Noise from neighbouring rooms was also easily audible whenever other guests spoke a little louder. This significantly affected the overall comfort and privacy of our stay. The breakfast experience was particularly disappointing. The hotel arranged breakfast at Kenny Hills Bakers, located just behind the hotel. We arrived at around 8:10 AM, but the available breakfast options were limited to a croissant and nasi lemak, with only long black coffee and iced lemon tea offered as drinks. More importantly, we waited approximately 30 minutes, until around 8:40 AM, yet our hotel guests’ breakfast was still not fully served. During this time, we noticed that walk-in customers who arrived after us had ordered items from the café’s regular menu and paid for them separately. Despite arriving later, their food was prepared and served earlier than our hotel guests’ breakfast. This was disappointing, as we expected the hotel-arranged breakfast to be served in a timely manner. Overall, the hotel has friendly reception staff, attractive room design, and good facilities. However, the small room size, poor soundproofing, limited breakfast selection, and long waiting time affected our experience. My rating would be 3 out of 5. The hotel has potential, but improvements in soundproofing and breakfast service are needed to provide a more satisfying guest experience.

Love how friendly everyone is. Service top notch. Gym & Pool 100%. Clean too! Just a tip, they dont have soundproof on their lifts, so if your a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the lift! The staff were super fast and nice when i requested to change rooms because my partner is a light sleeper. Easy access to everywhere, cab from there to almost everywhere is cheap! About 35-40mins from airport.

Highly recommended only if you have a real good reason to stay in this location - and need a room only for a good night sleep during the duration of your biz.
