Good location but needs improvement

Location for exploring Loch Lomond is good Bed is very comfortable Staff were responsive when we couldn’t access the property Lots of free street parking Generally comfortable property for a short stay

Fridge was very dirty - we told the management company and they did offer to get the cleaner to come back and clean it There was a dirty baking tray in the oven from a previous guest The shower sets off the fire alarm as there is no extractor fan in the bathroom The kick board in the kitchen is not attached securely so continually falls down and is dangerous Have a coffee pod machine in the kitchen but do not provide the pods - no cafetière as an alternative No sponges provided for washing dishes - had to buy these ourselves Back door was unlocked when we arrived and it backs on to a shared garden - this didn’t feel very secure Not much privacy as overlooked on both sides of the apartment (front window overlooked by the street and back is overlooked by a shared garden where upstairs flat access their property Advertises the property as having access to Sky movies but parental lock is turned on so to watch most movies need to provide a PIN number. Contacted the management company but they didn’t know the code and all the codes they provided were incorrect. They said they would get back to us with a new pin but never did The door handle to the property is a smart door handle. The code we were sent via booking.com was incorrect. We then had to contact the management company to get the correct code.

Good communication and helped us when we couldn't turn on the hot water by replying quickly with clear instructions.

Strong smell of smoke in the carpet. There was no duvet cover on the duvet left for the third person sleeping on the couch. The kitchen lower skirting board was falling off. We were extremely underwhelmed with the stay. It was my 30th and I booked this place thinking (for the price we were paying) that we were getting a premium apartment to stay in. The reality is that it is a facade and actually not super clean and inviting.

Perhaps the only small thing was to find out log-in instructions to wi-fi. But over all - great value for money and highly recommendable property for short stay.

The property was basic, well appointed, comfortable and centrally located. Great value.

There was very little not to like however the property would benefit from at least one mirror whether that be in the bathroom or elsewhere. On arrival, everything was switched off including the boiler so initially there was no hot water. The isolation switch for the boiler was hidden behind a coffee maker so locating it and switching on the boiler did take some time. These are very minor points and do not distract from the property or my stay there.

Clean and everything you need for a good base to explore Loch Lomond

Good Location just outside of town centre. Very nice and clean property.

Quiet, self-catered little gem close to Loch Lomond.

Fab location. Lots of free on street parking. Big TV and comfy beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Access to garden. Handy to Aldi and Loch Lomond.

There’s no mirror. Would be handy to have at least one in the bathroom or bedroom for doing hair and make up. Also some coat hooks in the hall would be good.

Disgraceful

The fact that I booked this property through booking.com the took £100+ from me for the stay on new years eve for me and my son for the property to then text me and say they are full and I shouldn't have been able to book it. Strange I know! Leaving me and my son with nowhere to go for new year our plans where ruined and we where out of pocket and still haven't been refunded or the problem solved BE CAREFUL WHEN BOOKING THIS PROPERTY INCASE YOU ARE LEFT IN THE SAME POSITION

Muy similar a el galope de un caballo que no para las patas encima del techo.

Me encantó la cama amplia para descansar, luego en el salón una tele enorme, y sofá muy cómodo, me encantó estar aquí

No me gustó la interactividad que tiene le persona menor que es un niño o una niña que corre por toda la casa sin parar, y se escuchan sus pasos, sus saltos, cuando corre, es súper fastidioso porque desde que se levanta hasta que se va dormirá está en la misma actividad molesta. Parece ser que a los adultos de arriba les da igual que puedan molestar a las personas que estén abajo descansando. El ruido es constante y molesto, es parecido al galope de un un caballo que no para las patas encima del techo.
