Very well equipped kitchen. I think I remember finding a big cheese grater and another set of individual ones. Pots and pans and plates, no problem. Glasses, mugs, cutlery, refrigerator, microwave and oldschool gas cooker plus oven. The rooms felt far bigger than the photos showcase. One person could sleep in the hallway. Probably two could sleep on the balcony, weather-permitting. I didn't find a chair that would break with a person at least 130kg sitting on it. There was a classic-looking solid wood chair, an armchair that looked like it's made for you to melt in, plus a modernist, sphere-like chair. Each was comfortable. The kitchen had two solid chairs, I think, the type without a backrest. There was also a mirror in the large room, probably for doing make-up. I've never seen a place to trust me with a video DVD collection, a DVD player and a laptop. Oh, and a printer! This host has found a great solution to the legal requirement of recording the guest identities: you access a very simple form online and you obtain a PDF which you then print easily with the laptop and printer, then you sign the paper. Reasonably clean, the bed sheets were obviously freshly washed. Also, we found sandals to use in the house. Very useful. There's a bathtub! You can take a bath, which is a bit rare in usual hotels and the like.

It was all good for me! But, if you were nitpicky, then you could say it's dusty because you touched the vintage furniture in unusual spots and there was reportedly dust. I didn't touch those spots, so I didn't find any dust. My problem is the location of the building, which is obviously not the host's fault. The closest supermarket seems to be a Penny Market, about 1km away. The problem is that you have to go down a very steep hill and then go back up...with shopping bags. I had to take a break twice! I think one shops there and then calls a car.

Czasami sąsiedzi byli głośni, ale to drobiazg

Appartamento con tutto quello che serve e anche di più. Leggermente decentrato ma con mezzi molto comodi che in 20 minuti ti portano a Ponte Carlo

Schnelle, freundliche und ausführliche Information (trotz Sprachunterschied!) seitens des Vermieters per Whatsapp und Email. Ruhige Lage mit guter Verkehrsverbindung (Bushaltestelle vor dem Haus) in die Innenstadt (Bus+Tram in 30 min). Schlafmöglichkeit in 2 Räumen - gut bei Schnarchproblemen. Grün vor dem Balkon. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine vorhanden und problemlos. WC und Bad waren sauber. Das Duschwasser läuft gut, auch warm.

Die (geerbte?) Wohnung wird offenbar vom Vermieter selbst genutzt und für die Vermietung nur von Fall zu Fall zurechgemacht. Die Möblierung ist aus alten Möbeln zusammengestückelt. Es gibt nur einen wackeligen Küchentisch - der einzige Tisch in der Wohnung. Koch- und Essgeschirr in großer Menge, ist aber ein Sammelsurium. Kühlschrank: Mitbenutzung der vorhandenen Lebensmittel war angeboten, aber der Kühlschrank leider nicht sauber. Schöner Balkon, aber staubig und ohne Balkonmöbel. Während der Mietwoche stand Sperrmüll im Hausflur vor der Wohnungstür.
