Atrašanās vieta laba, netālu sabiedriskā transporta pieturas, no kurām var aizbraukt kur vien nepieciešams. Dzīvoklis, tīrs ,remontēts, labi iekārtots. Ērti atrast atslēgu un tur pat arī atstājām pēc izrakstīšanās no apartamentiem. Saimnieks uz ziņām atbildēja ātri, kad bija jautājums par WiFi paroli. Iesaku šos apartamentus.

Spilveni saimniekam jānomaina, jo nebija ērti. Nebija mazgāšanas līdzekļi ne trauku mašīnai, ne veļas mašīnai, lai gan nebija minēts ka jānodrošina pašiem. Tualetes papīrs 1 nepilns rullītis uz 5 dienām, pašiem bija jāpiepērk. Diezgan plānas sienas dzīvoklī, kaimiņus un kāpņu telpu ļoti varēja dzirdēt.

That's an apartment in a decent location. Many places are reachable by foot, and if you are in a hurry there is a tram stop nearby. In the apartment there was everything needed for a longer stay. The washing machine, a dishwasher too, all the cooking utensils and even some extra stuff as oil, salt etc. I thought I'd need it, but in the end i didn't, but it's still better to have something like this. The "key-quest" was an easy one, thanks to the detailed information (with pictures) from the host.

To be fair, the cleaning could've been better and so could the communication. About cleaning: it seemed to me as if they forgot to vacuum clean it? And a couple of other things such as spider web on the lantern which you just cannot not see. Also the fridge was turned off and i didn't notice it when i opened it the 1st time. So when I came back from my walk I saw the water dripping from the freezer. After i opened it, i saw a bunch of ice that was melting. So I had to clean all this mess up. About communication: well, for some reason i wasn't able to contact the property owner via WhatsApp for some strange reason (maybe it was WA's fault), so i just tried to contact via Booking. And nothing, he wasn't really active there. Good thing i received a message for the check in and check out. For the rest, there was basically no communication, unfortunately. Harsh, but honest truth. Those things can be improved, so the next clients can be more satisfied overall.
