Sehr gute Lage, ganz nah zum Wenzelsplatz, zur Altstadt. Wohnung in einem historischen Gebäude, in Teilen noch hübscher alter Stuck vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
Hauseingang etwas vernachlässigt (dafür kann aber die Vermieterin der Wohnung nichts). Zentral gelegen heisst leider auch an einer sehr lauten Verkehrsachse gelegen (muss man aushalten wollen).

Spacious, fully equipped. Additional bed for a child in the bedroom. The apartment if renewed would be really cosy and comfortable to stay in.
Apartment requires refreshing - painting mostly. Uninviting entrance to the apartment, dirty and damaged walls. Cleaning standard leaves a little to be desired. Smell of sewers in the toilet. It's a non-smoking place but smells of cigarette smoke. A lot of noise from the traffic. When we called the number given in the reservation for the whole day, nobody answered the phone.
