Great family stay

Very comfortable apartament. The owner is really helpfull. He knows everything and you can ask him everything- eating, sightseeing etc.. The flat is clean, air conditioning is working very well. I higly recommend it.

Great apartment very close to the main street and central station.The owner was very nice and helpfull,the apartment was very clean and comfortable,it has everything you need for a wonderfull stay in Pisa.

Great stay, quiet, clean and comfortable. Excellent location and hosts.

Great location for the Train. Also level 15mins walk to the Leaning Tower. Our hosts were great, really helpful and kind.

The only down side was the walk up stairs to the 4 floor as there is no lift. But we did know this at the time of booking.

Great hosts, apartment and location

Jessica and Mattie communicated well and provided helpful instructions for self checking. The apartment is lovely and in a great area and close to the train station. We walked to Pisa tower from there. They provided great recommendations for restaurants and breakfast cafes: Ristorante la Buca was superb.

Appartement rénové, peopre et très bien équipé (avec climatisation) Très bon emplacement: À moins de 5 mins à pied de la station Pisa Centrale permettant d'aller facilement en train à Firenze, Lucca et bien d'autres Beaucoup de magasins, restaurants, glaciers, cafés et un supermarché CONAD à proximité À 25 mins de la plage en bus

Ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro sia la stazione centrale..appartamento in un palazzo storico ma arredamento moderno e con tutti i confort..Mattia e Jessica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili ad ogni esigenza…super raccomandato

Bene

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica, in pieno centro città, il che permette di raggiungere facilmente a piedi tutti i principali punti di interesse, locali e ristoranti. Al suo interno è moderno, ben arredato e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari: cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata, Wi-Fi e bagno funzionale. Ideale per chi cerca praticità e comodità.

Ci sono alcuni aspetti che vanno considerati. Innanzitutto, l'appartamento si trova al quarto piano di un condominio piuttosto buio e senza ascensore, cosa che potrebbe risultare scomoda, soprattutto con bagagli o per chi ha difficoltà motorie. Un altro punto critico è l’accoglienza: l'host non si è mai presentato di persona e il check-in è stato effettuato tramite key locker. Comprendo l'efficienza della procedura, ma dal mio punto di vista il rapporto umano con chi ospita aggiunge sempre qualcosa in più all’esperienza. Inoltre, il terzo letto è posizionato proprio davanti alla porta d’ingresso, soluzione non ideale per privacy e comfort. Va anche segnalata una certa mancanza di insonorizzazione: durante la notte si sentivano chiaramente voci e rumori provenienti dall’appartamento adiacente, disturbando il riposo. In conclusione, un appartamento ben attrezzato e centrale, ma con alcuni aspetti logistici e strutturali da migliorare per offrire un’esperienza più completa e accogliente.

Perfecte locatie, dicht bij het station en de toren

Attente host, super schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt! Deze details maakten het extra fijn voor ons verblijf van 1 nacht: de douchestraal is perfect (veel waterdruk, zelden zo’n goede douche gehad tijdens een verblijf) en 2 flesjes water en in de morgen en een kopje Illy koffie 😍
