Good location, clean and tidy place, beautiful kitchen, wonderful entertainment and kitchen.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean. Gianpiero is absolutely amazing host, very friendly and fulfilled every additional requirement.

The best accommodation on our ten-day trip around Europe. Four spacious, differently decorated rooms can accommodate up to 9 guests. If you are looking for something in Pisa, then you have just found your accommodation. Enjoy.

It was one of the greatest stay I have ever experienced. The apartment is at a 5 min walk distance from the central train station and well connected with the central attractions. The host, Gianpiero, was very welcoming, helping us with the luggages, taking the needed time to show each room and the facilities. Moreover, he took the time to give us plenty of suggestions on what to do and what to visit in Pisa and the surroundings cities. He was always available in case we had questions or needed something during all our stay. The apartment is well equipped with washing and drying machines, dishwasher, microwave, iron and all the utensils for cooking, eating, cleaning and showering. Beds were very comfortable and sheets and pillows were super clean. Last but not least, we really appreciated the breakfast pastries, fruits, snacks, the coffee cups, bottles of water and the wine! So, I can literally say that this property host exceeded all our expectations!

Nothing to report. Everything needed was in the apartment.

The location is near the train station and 15 -20 minutes from old town. The flat is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and other. The cleaning was spot-on and looks exactly like in the pictures. The host was extraordinary. He present us the city and what to do.

The property was fantastic, large, clean, exactly as per the photos. Everything we needed was there and the host who was excellent and met us at the property took us through the property and explained how to work everything and was very helpful with routes round Pisa, restaurants and anything else we needed to do. Breakfast pastries, wine, fruit, yogurts, ice lollies all had been prepped and left for us at the property. The property and host exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend to anybody.

Getting a taxi at 4 in the morning for a 6am flight was nigh on impossible. In the end our host got up at 4 in the morning and spent 20 minutes trying to find us a taxi.

Pisa Happy House is the best ever place we ever stayed in, and Gianpiero is the nicest and kindest host . we arrived late and he left for us wine, cake and packed fridge with a lot of food, more then we expected. The apartment is very spacious and stunning, much better then in the pictures, very clean, walking distance to airport, train station and city centre.

Our host, Gianpiero, and the apartment were amazing. Fabulous modern furnishing, in a great location. Gianpiero couldn't have been more welcoming or more helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Pisa Happy House. The apartment is beautifully appointed with many mod cons. A delicious breakfast was left and a bottle of wine made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect for the train station and we easily walked to it with our bags. Gianpiero gave us excellent information about the city sights and we used his map to walk into the centre and to the Leaning Tower which were all close by. We also saw the huge Keith Haring mural on the side of a church. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends planning a trip to Pisa

lokalizacja bardzo dobra. lotnisko, dworzec, wieża w ramach spaceru. prawie w każdym pokoju łazienka. Po przyjeździe czekała na nas woda w lodówce i inne napoje, ciastka i przekąski. Emanuel wszystko wyjaśnił i przekazał przewodnik po okolicy. wyposażenie apartamentu wystarczające: zmywarka, pralka, suszarka, żelazko. Wszystko jest. polecam.

God kommunikasjon med verten. Emanuele var veldig hyggelig og behjelpelig. Svarte raskt om vi lurte på noe. Han tok oss vennlig imot da vi skulle sjekke inn rundt midnatt. Bra beliggenhet til Pisa sentrum og flyplassen. Kun noen minutters gange til sentrum. Og ca 5 minutter kjøretid til flyplassen. Vi tok taxi. Kostet 20/25 euro. Fine og gode rom med tilhørende bad. Aircondition i alle rom. Sjarmerende sted.

Kjøkkenet var litt lite til at vi lagde mat der, annet enn frokost. Vi var 6 personer så det ble litt trangt og samles rundt kjøkkenbordet, men det gikk helt fint:) Vi valgte heller å gå ut å spise lunsj og middag. Det hadde vi nok gjort uansett. Balkongen var liten med kun plass til to personer. Det var hyggelig å sitte på balkongen å ta morgenkaffen. Kunne vært fint og få sopet balkongen og fjernet visne planter. Ellers ingenting å klage på.
