I was met by Daniel, who was very friendly and showed me where everything was located. Newly refurbished and decorated, the flat is clean and fresh with the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept in (although I almost needed a stepladder to climb on to it)!
The shower wasn't particularly warm (although I didn't mind that) and I felt awkward having to request an additional toilet roll, but other than that, it really was the perfect place to stay for me, as my daughter and grandchildren only live a short distance away.
