Perfect location and stay… once we figured out how to get in.

It’s in an incredibly efficient location. Bathroom wasn’t a broom closet and was nice we could sleep the four of us.

Cost, like most, but I blame the fees more than the need for the rate itself - which is not the fault of the host.

The location was great. I felt safe during the whole stay, even when walking back to the apartment at nighttime. Great value for money.

The apartment could be cleaner, meaning, that the bathroom doors were sticky and kinda dirty. Bedsheets and towels were, however, nice and clean and the bathroom was okay clean.

Central to station and nice area, facilities could be managed better

Excellent central location, seemed clean and comfy bed. Fine as a place to sleep when you are in Paris, as long as you don’t want to spend any time there other than sleeping

Very small. Toilet seat broken and no toilet paper provided. No bin bags. Air con advertised but in reality it was just a basic fan. Had booked for two adults and two children and the sofa bed had no bedding provided. Luckily it was hot because the children had to sleep without any cover. Asked for WiFi password as not advertised and didn’t get a response. We found it eventually and it worked well once we did get online.

Very very bad condition property to stay with family or anyone

Nothing, Full property was messed up, not cleaned , alcohol bottles and pizza boxes everywhere in room, kitchen in very bad condition. Not 1% clean.

1. very good location 2. fully equipped kitchen for daily meals, we were even able to make rice and curry 3. bathroom is small and clean 4. room is airy 5. bed is comfortable and has an extra sofa bed 6. apartment is on 4th floor and has an elevator/lift 7. secure apt with key entry to building and floor 8. room is not very big and just enough fit for 2 adults and a kid 9. single room with kitchen attached 10. bathroom separated with a sliding door 11. washing machine and a refrigerator 12. lively area and markets close by 13. metro stations all around so easy access to city

Limpeza inadequada. Local visivelmente sem manutenção. Ralo do banheiro (parte do chuveiro) entupido, fazendo com que a água desça de forma lenta e banho tendo que ser interrompido várias vezes por ter de aguardar a água baixar. Utensílios bem desorganizados dentro dos armários.

Nous sommes vignerons et étions en livraison sur Paris toute la journée. J'ai dû prendre les devants pour connaître comment récupérer les clés vers 16h (check-in à partir de 15h). Le propriétaire m'appelle à 20h30 pour me dire que la chambre n'a peut-être pas été nettoyée, en me promettant un rabais de 50%. J'accepte vue l'heure et du fait que nous n'avons nulle part autre où dormir. Effectivement, la chambre n'était propre. J'ai dû changer les draps et nettoyer le toilette moi-même. Je n'ai toujours pas eu de remboursement. Ce n'est pas au client de faire les chambres, j'Ai donc payé pour un séjour où je n'ai pas eu de service et où j'ai dû faire moi-même le ménage. C'est de l'escroquerie.

Il y a tout ce qu’il faut, l’emplacement est chouette. J’étais seule avec mon chien alors la petitesse ne m’a pas dérangée pour une nuit. C’est calme aussi, j’ai bcp aimé le matelas et oreillers.

Une chose qui m’a un peu dérangée c’est qu’il n’y a même pas de quoi se faire un café, mettre deux trois doses ça serait top. Et c’est petit si on voyage à plusieurs.

A bejutás nehézkes volt, de ezt leszámítva a szállás tiszta, kényelmes, olyan, mint a képeken.

Nagyon jól felszerelt szállás. Nekem egyedüli vendégként ideális volt, de két személyre is kényelmes lehet. Azt kaptam, ami a képeken volt. A szállásadó korrekt volt és segítőkész.

A kulcs átvétel rendkívül problémás volt. Több, mint egy órát kellett várnom, hogy bejussak. Javaslom a szállásadónak, hogy győződjön meg róla, hogy hozzáférhető a kulcsszéf!!! Továbbá ellenőrizze, hogy van-e WC papír, ill. írja ki látható helyre a Wifi jelszót

Nightmareexperience

Horribel, horribel. Wir bekamen keine Zugangsinfo. Erst nach Anruf wurde uns gesagt, wir sollen den Briefkasten mit irgendeinem Schlüssel oder einer Kreditkarte öffben. Dann wurde die Info als französische Sms verschickt, obwohl laut Buchungsinfo Englisch angeboten wird. Nach meiner Weigerung, einen Briefkasten mit einer Kreditkarte zu 'knacken' hiess es, ich soll die Ladenbesitzerin nebenan bitten, das zu erledigen. Der Schlüsselkasten hängst so hoch, dass ich als 170 Person nicht rankam. In der Wohnung: Dreck im Bad, Haare auf dem Boden, Klobrille kaputt, keine Seife, kein Klopapier, muffiger Geruch im Bad, Abfluss will nicht so recht, untetm Bett alte Koffer, Bttwäsche mit Flecken- ich kann wirklich nur davon abraten, dieses Apartement zu buchen

Alles war schrecklich, Ich musste erstmal Klopapier kaufen gehen ubd die Abflüsse im Bad freilegen

Katastrophe

Musste doch nicht auf der Straße schlafen

Der Betreiber von den Zimmern schrieb mir ich soll mich melden wegen der Schlüssel Übergabe, das war das letzte was ich am Tag der Anreise von ihm gehört hab. Ich hab bestimmt 10 mal angerufen, ich hab mit dem Nachbarn geredet. Aber Aufmerksamkeit bekam ich erst als ich 1 Stunde mit dem Booking Service telefoniert habe und die dann das Zimmer storniert haben. Daraufhin hat er sich 10 Minuten später gemeldet und mir per Nachricht geschrieben wie man an dem Schlüssel kommt. Wer hier übernachten möchte der sollte sich das genau überlegen. Und zur Sauberkeit: Abgesehen von dem Ultra schlecht gereinigten Bad, Boden und Bett hab ich unter dem Bett den vollen Koffer des vorherigen gefunden und einen Sack voll mit benutzen Handtüchern. Das Bett riecht nach Schimmel überall sind Flecken und das Bett ist noch in Folie eingepackt. Ich hab zu 2. auf der viel zu kleinen Couch geschlafen welche übrigens laut Anzeige auch als vollwertige Schlafmöglichkeit deklariert ist Ich versteh nicht wie man so schlecht erreichbar sein kann wenn man weiß das man Gäste erwartet. Ich hab auf der Straße Sachen gesehen das wünsch ich niemanden. Die Pariser Straßen kann ich nachts noch weniger empfehlen als dieses Zimmer. Am besten man sucht sich was wo man sicher gehen kann das man nicht vielleicht doch noch bei 5 anderen Hotels nach einem freien Zimmer fragen muss so wie ich das musste. Fazit: Wenn du das hier liest dann such dir besser was anders!!!!

30 mn d' attente pour avoir la clef, pas d'information transmise sur la résa 17h le logement n'était pas disponible, en cours de ménage et la cerise sur le gâteau, pas d' électricité. le loueur m' avait promis de me rembourser au téléphone, il ne tient pas ses promesses. Si booking pouvait m' aider et voir avec ce monsieur pour mon remboursement !

Le propriétaire ne répond pas aux messages, explications très succintes pour l'accès. Pas d'eau chaude, logement mérite d'être nettoyé en profondeur, impossible d'allumer la TV pas de guide d'utilisation fourni. Pas de torchons pour essuyer la vaisselle. Le shampoing et autres produits annoncés dans le descriptif pas présents. Très décue

Appartement bien placé et environnement calme. Un petit bémol sur le confort et le ménage.

L'appartement aurait pu être vérifié avant notre arrivée. L'éclairage du cabinet de toilette ne fonctionnait pas correctement (pas d'éclairage au-dessus du lavabo) et vacillant au plafond. Impossible de démarrer la télévision.

Bon emplacement, bon pour deux personnes.

L'hôte a été accueillante et très attentive au moment de notre arrivée. La zone est calme et très proche du gare de l'est et des différentes restaurants et magazines pour les courses.

La cuisine était sale, des outils de cuisine vieux et pas du tout adaptées. Pas de café, pas de thé, rien à nous offrir . Beaucoup de poussier partout et la porte de la salle de bain cassé et mal isolée.

El sofá cama no es muy cómodo, un poco pequeño para 4 personas, y no tiene mesa por tanto hay que comer/cenar en el sofa o la cama.

Quartier agréable.

Le logement n'est pas correctement entretenu. L'hôte n'a pas pris en compte les remarques faites par les précédents utilisateurs : le chauffage ne fonctionne pas, la machine à café ne fonctionne pas, les portes coulissantes fonctionnent mal. La propreté laisse à désirer. L'appartement est censé pouvoir recevoir 4 personnes, mais il n'y a qu'une seule chaise, etc. De plus, l'hôte refuse de fournir une facture (alors qu'il en a l'obligation légale) et devient furieux et insultant si on insiste.

Pessima gestione - Alloggio max per 2 persone

La posizione, vicino ad ogni servizio.

Appartamento non adatto per 4 persone, non si ha nemmeno lo spazio per passare. Bagno cieco, con ventola di areazione non funzionante e una porta che lasciava vedere e sentire tutto, privacy pari a zero. Informazioni sul checkin date solo all'ultimo minuto. Il divano letto ho dovuto aprirlo e sistemarlo da solo, mancavano le lenzuola. Pessima disponibilità del proprietario a rispondere ai messaggi, si è lamentato che gli avevo mandato troppi messaggi, era pure infastidito. Pulizia discreta. Unica nota positiva è che ci ha permesso di restare 2 ore in più oltre l'orario del checkout, anche se ce lo ha consegnato con 1 ora di ritardo. Alloggio adatto al massimo per 2 persone, si tratta di una camera di 15mq ed un bagno di 5mq.
