Of course the location (two blocks from the beach) and not far away from city center. The apartment was clean and the AC was working well.
For the price they charge, we were expecting perfection in the details. For example the toilet had no seat, just the lid. We found it unacceptable. The street can be a bit loud, during the day there is some trafic and during the night sometimes too.
