Early check-in was available with extra costs (assuming they have the rooms available). Room was spacious, so it was nice. The garden terrace was a nice place to check out the scenery too, it was pretty cool. Location is literally opposite Lalaport Bukit Bintang, so it was quite accessible (if you're willing to jaywalk. If you aren't, there are connecting pedestrian bridges, but they aren't the most convenient). Similarly, it's also a short walk to Berjaya Times Square (again, with some jaywalking, follow the locals.) They also gave a discount for breakfast/meals at a restaurant nearby in a sister hotel. That was nice. Staff is generally nice. The day I checked in, the staff said they gave me a better room, which was nice, and I appreciated it.

They messaged me a few days before the stay asking me to confirm my stay or they might cancel it. I found this very disheartening. If I didn't cancel it, it means I'm coming, doesn't it? It caused a lot of worry for me as I saw the message late and I wasn't sure if my room was confirmed or not. Room is also not the cleanest, but it works for me. The air-con was really old too, I couldn't really adjust the temperature and the orientation much, but it also didn't work that well? So there were times I were still sweating a bit even with the air-con on full blast. No free water after the first day. Not sure if I could've requested it, but it didn't seem so? Same with the room service, only available via request if that is a concern for you. For stays like these I normally don't need the room service, but it's something to note. I also asked if there were any convenience stores nearby, reception said there was one behind the back door, but when I went to check, it was just an old shophouse street with all the stores closed and I couldn't even find the convenience store if it was there. A bit confused by that, but at that point I was just tired so I just went back to sleep.
