"The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The shopping mall is nearby and easily accessible. However, Malay food restaurants and local eateries are a bit farther away. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay."

Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. The mattress and bedsheets caused itchiness, and I was concerned there might have been bed bugs or hygiene issues. I hope the hotel will inspect and improve the cleanliness of the bedding for future guests."

Breakfast was decent and acceptable. Our flight was an evening one and the front office staff offered overseeing our luggage in the reception area which was thoughtful.

The pictures advertised is quite opposite of what you actually get. The rooms were basic with a bed, TV and a table. Nothing extra like a towel hanger or extra chairs. The lighting in the room was not sufficient. Just the one chair supplied for a room of three. Cleanliness was an issue as they use the same mop for cleaning the toilet and room which really is hygienically not right. Regardless of having the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign, staff have come into our room and did their business. Spotted a roach and lizard in my room. Breakfast was acceptable with many times, certain dishes being spicy for my palette but they had other varieties so would not complain. I would recommend that they have more variety of fruits and fresh juices rather than cordial. The reception staff never spoke or smiled but they were never rude so it didn't really matter. I booked two rooms with 4 adults and one child. However, there was no extra bed in the room and my 8 year old slept with me and my daughter. To top it up, i had to pay extra for her breakfast although Booking.com recommended and it came up with breakfast included in both the rooms.
