⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Kingston Hotel 3! I had a very pleasant experience staying at Kingston Hotel 3. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. I would especially like to mention Torikul from the Front Office. He was extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. He always assisted with a smile and made sure that everything was comfortable and convenient. Great hospitality and excellent customer service! I highly recommend Kingston Hotel 3 and would definitely choose to stay here again. Special thanks to Torikul for his outstanding service! 👏😊

Its a pleasant stay. However i ask for non smoking room but they are fully booked. Asked for any air freshener, but they did not sent it. Have to sleep with the cigarette smell the whole night. No parking available at the hotel. Need to park outside.

This hotel is riding on the reviews they had when it was a boutique hotel but they haven't maintained standards since 2014 when they got awards. Many hotels in KL are doing this. They ramp up service and standards until they get awards and good reviews on Google, and then the hotel gets bought by some big company. My room was a "theme" room but it was run down, peeling paint, and had a disgusting rug that had never been vaccumed or maintained (stains). There was hair all over the mattress. I was luck to get seemingly clean sheets. This area isn't great if you are used to western standards. Its close to Time Square but there are rats running around in the area due to the garbage dumped across the street and the random abandoned cars (not directly in front of the hotel lobby thankfully). I tried to give feedback but the Kingston brand didn't respond. This hotel is at best 2-stars. Maybe less. Facilities are non-existent. I didn't even bother to check the gym. All the doors are dirty and the paint is peeling everywhere. The bathroom is missing the spray gun. Thankfully the shower worked with hot water. The staff do their best, but there are several layers of management so they have little recourse, now that its own by the Kingston brand that owns dozens of properties. This is classic cash extraction by some big corporate machine. The hotel is neglected and dirty. Even Seeds Hotel is better (I'm here now), despite the reputation. This hotel has great potential but needs to be maintained. Oh, by the way, don't book "2-story multi level room". I did the first night. Its terrible tucked away in the back corner of the hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer but ran out of patience.
