At The Golf Shack, you will find no shortage of beauty inside and out, from the picturesque golf course views enjoyed from the open, shaded deck to the stylish interior, featuring modern décor and furnishings. You will also be conveniently located within minutes of Branson’s most desirable attractions of Silver Dollar City, the Titanic Museum Attraction, Table Rock Lake, the Aquarium at the Boardwalk, and so much more. Back at home, StoneBridge provides guests with exciting onsite amenities all of its own, such as the seasonal pools, basketball court, and on-site restaurant just to name a few. One thing is for certain – no matter where you choose to spend your time, this is sure to be your most memorable vacation yet!



The spacious yet cozy living room is a welcome place to kick up your feet after a long day of exploring the local sights and thrills, with vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofa, and recliner seating, and large mounted smart TV. The open floor plan keeps the conversation flowing from room to room as you step into the chic dining area with table and chairs for 6. Just beyond, a generous, well-equipped kitchen with all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware can accommodate any type of meal you desire whether it be homemade or trying takeout from a local restaurant. If you have barbeque fans in your group, a community charcoal grill within the complex is available for guest's use.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full-size sofa sleeper in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, private deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen-size beds and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit with 4 steps leading to the entryway.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in front of the garage and 1 between garages. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

- Washer and dryer in home.

- This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Community outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



The exclusive gated community of StoneBridge Village offers many on-site amenities for you to enjoy including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course, the LedgeStone Club House and adjoining LedgeStone Grille for your dining enjoyment, a gym, two inviting pools for a relaxing day of sun and fun, adventurous walking trails and playgrounds for the little ones. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Silver Dollar City, only 7 minutes and just 2.8 miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880s theme and great for family fun! Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

Our stay was great! Very easy place to stay for a family. Nice deck and furnishings. The kitchen could use more dishes. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The property was clean, well stocked, and a nice overall unit. The check-in process, and communications with the property manager was cumbersome. It required going to an online service that was not intuitive for me to use. The community is a gated community, and the person manning the gate was not the most pleasant individual I have ever dealt with. But again, the unit itself was very nice, clean, and well stocked.

Clean and true to description. Plenty of room and the kitchen had everything you need. Communication with the host was A1. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean beautiful view. Enjoyed watching the golfers looking for their balls. Close drive 10-15 minutes to everything but out where it is quiet. Walmart closer if you go opposite direction than Branson. Check in was easy host was in contact we would stay there again if we can find them on the site.
