leaves in the entryway, piles of them. cereal in the floor upon entry. shower looked like it had mold in it, pots and pans were completely un-usable something was stuck to the bottom of one pot and was pealing off spatula had eggs stuck to it, we did it use any of the dishes. flooring is laminate that is separated and very worn, white refrigerator with more brown on it than white and plenty of dust on top it just simply did not have a clean feel to it, I will not recommend this property I will not stay there again. and will not recommend,

Always love going here. The owners are so nice and helpful. Love the cabins and especially the screened in porches. They have a nice pool and right across the street from Table Rock Lake. Lots of grass for your pets and a playground for the kids. This is definitely a great place to enjoy time with your family.

The cottages are old as is everything in them. The living room furnishings were visibly discolored. The toilet required plunging multiple times per day. The shower is tiny which makes it quite difficult to keep the curtain inside resulting in very wet floors. There was however plenty of hot water. If you're looking for a fairly affordable fishing cabin this would do the trick Its a great location. Plenty of space for 2 adults 4 kids.

Clean, comfortable, no frills lodging at a very affordable cost! The owners were very helpful and friendly. We were there late in the season, so everything was very quiet and relaxing. The Marina and Table Rock Lake was a short walk from our cottage. We will definitely stay again.

Quick weekend getaway for Silver Dollar City during Fall break. We had stayed at Indian Point before and loved the location. The Cottage Resort price point, availability and location was spot on. We really just needed a place to drink coffee and sleep with a shower here or there. We checked in late at the Market. Super nice staff - they were helpful before and during our stay. The cottage itself reminded me of... hmm... maybe my first apartment. A vintage first apartment. OK, so it's dated but it's a cabin near the lake. It had everything we needed for a family of 4. The heat and the AC worked well. The beds/pillows/towels were nice quality, comfy and clean. The little couch was stiff but comfy. The shower was tiny but it sufficed for a quick scrub. The most important thing is that it was clean. I walked around barefooted and my feet and socks weren't dirty. True test there! There is a cute little play area, my kids loved the see-saw. There is a firepit and a picnic area. Really, a sweet little place in the woods. We walked to the marina and had lunch one day, fed the ducks and fish. Best $2 I spent all weekend. The Market has everything you might need, in case you forgot something, plus all kinds of snacks, booze, bottled water, etc. Cute, clean place and truly - the nicest people. We would absolutely stay here again and are looking forward to another visit soon.

I like it. Very freindly and nice. Needs some updating but owner did say it is in the works. Like ceiling fans in screened porches and bigger tvs in cottages. Swimming pool was nice but really needs redone and resurfaced. Been here last 3 years and will still go back every year.

It had been a couple years since last stay and could tell a difference. We could see that they updated a few things and maintaining it very well. The only small issues i had was no dresser or anything to put clothes and only a few hangers. I bought some cheap hangers and left in the room. The pwners are very nice and always make sure everything is good. Very convenient to buy groceries and cook in cabin rather than going put to eat every meal. They also have a well stocked store right on property which is very useful. The best thing is being able to sit out on the screened in patio especially since it rained a few times while we were there. Highly recomend especially if a trip to Silver Dollar City is in your plans cause its right down the road. And also really close to the lake.

The staff keeps the property and the place you stay very clean you'll see him driving back and forth cleaning the place outside very safe when you're walking to your Apartments you can't believe your eyes how clean is inside and during the Christmas season they put a Christmas tree in front of every place I really know how to treat people definitely we will be my place to stay when I come to Branson again

Although the property is a bit dated, the staff is kind and easy to deal with. The room was very clean and easily accessible. Store on property is well stocked, parking is well-lit. Within walking distance from the local marina, which has a floating resturaunt. We had breakfast there and enjoyed it. We have been staying at different places on Indian Point for years, we found that we would be traveling opposite the traffic flow in both directions, no traffic jams! Silver Dollar City is right up at the top of the hill, convenient. And, yes, we will stay at The Cottage Resort again.

The area was will lighted if you like darkness to sleep like we did then you will need to bring something to darken the room. There is no shampoo you will need to bring your own. We had a very small kitchen and small shower. We did have to pick up a few things to use in the kitchen. The bed was soooo soft it made it very hard to sleep because we like hard beds. But we had a nice time and we would go back and stay there again. We now know what we will need to bring for a second trip.

Love this place. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush because everything else is provided for you. Love the screened in patio and the view. You can see the lake and lots of deer. The store is very handy and all the people working there are the best!!

Due to not reading the fine print I didn’t realize our studio wasn’t a stand alone cottage. That was really disappointing. Other than the bed being uncomfortable it was a nice stay.
