We enjoyed the pool and having the kitchenette. Parking right by the door was great. It was convenient for bringing our two spaniels. The beds were very comfortable.
The bathroom is really small with no hooks to hang clothes or towels. It would have been helpful to have a hairdryer.

We stayed at Hunter’s Friend Resort and had such a wonderful experience! The location is unbelievable — we were able to get to Silver Dollar City with zero traffic, which is practically unheard of. The resort is surrounded by water, and it made for the most peaceful morning walks. We even walked over to the Floating Café for breakfast, which was so close and convenient, and it saved us from waiting in long breakfast lines in town.
The owners were incredibly kind and even upgraded our room since they weren’t fully booked this weekend, which we really appreciated. Our room had a nice kitchenette, was very clean, and you can tell they really care about the property based on all the thoughtful upgrades and maintenance.
We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!
