About this campground/ rv resort rental
Unique 5th wheel located on the banks of the TN river! Residing on a small campground, we are only 1 mile from the dam and from Pickwick Lake. The interior includes a new full size fridge, 65' smart tv, washer/dryer, and king size bed. The 5th wheel sits underneath a 40'x60' pole barn and outside amenities include an additional full size fridge, gas grill, picnic tables, and fire-pit. Its a great spot for a quick girls weekend or a romantic getaway.

The host was very welcoming. They provide a straightforward how to video to explain everything about the RV. The location/view of the river is GREAT (they should promote it in the pictures). They have firewood for sale and our kids loved the firepit. Note: we smelled a slight smell from the papermill , but that is not the hosts' fault and you do not smell it inside the RV. Our kids slept on the couches, but they have an inflatable bed that goes between them.

Better than we could have imagined. Husband recently had surgery and we needed a place for him to relax. Too much temptation to do work at home. The Hosts were the best. The trailer was so clean and comfortable. And right on the water. There was a great deck overlooking the river with comfortable chairs, picnic tables and grills. Great place to watch the sun set. Just outside the trailer it was covered and had additional chairs a grill and a picnic table. Beautiful scenery everywhere you looked. We are already checking our calendar to see when we can go again. Thanks to Libba and Landon for a great get away.
