Enjoy the lake life at this retreat, only 8 minutes from Pickwick Landing State Park & Pickwick Lake! The home has all of the essentials you'll need to relax. Board & Yard Games included! You'll even find a corn hole game! There is a firepit area complete with adirondacks, a back deck for lounging, & BBQ grill for summer cookouts, plus, a partial privacy fenced yard, for small dogs.
The space
Located only 8 minutes from Pickwick Landing State Park, the Nautical Hideaway has everything you need! The home combines peace & tranquility along with access to yummy restaurants only 4-6 minutes away, a perfect grocery store just around the corner, and many other attractions. Inside you will find a comfy king bed, a queen bed, a bunk bed with full on the bottom and twin on the top, along with a full sized couch. We've also added USB ports in bedrooms and also by the sofa so you'll be able to stay charged. You'll enjoy the open living space and fully equipped kitchen.
Outside, relax on this 1 acre! Inside the privacy fence there is a back deck with seating for 4 or next to the firepit with adirondack seating for 4. The front porch has 2 rocking chairs if you'd like to just rock the day away.
FYI - the road coming into the property has a steep gravel incline so reach out for more information if you plan to bring a boat.
