Enjoy a relaxing stay in the heart of Pickwick Dam! Whether you’re planning a weekend escape, a family vacation, or a contractor stay, this cozy cabin has everything you need for comfort and convenience

• Situated in a quiet gated subdivision in the heart of Pickwick.
• Just minutes from Freddy T’s, Sportsman, Legendary, and the State Park.
• 4 minutes to Pickwick Lake, boat ramp, golf course, and marinas.
• Contractors welcome – close to the power company & paper mill.
Bedrooms
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, walk-in closet, smart TV (cable connected). Full bath just down the hall.
• Bedroom 2: Upstairs with 1 twin bed + 2 full beds. Private full bath attached. Smart TV included.
• Living Room: Sleeper sofa, Roku TV, DVD player, multiple chairs, and plenty of space to relax.
Bathrooms
• 2 full bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs).
• Stocked with premium toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand towels, wash cloths, bath towels.
• Hair dryer available in the downstairs bathroom.
Kitchen & Dining
• Coffee bar with regular coffee pot, Keurig duo, and glass kettle (coffee & tea provided).
• Fully stocked with cookware, mixing bowls, bakeware, and grilling utensils.
• Dining table seats 6 comfortably.

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend with our dog, and it was exactly the peaceful getaway we needed. The property is so quiet and private and the home was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. We loved that it was pet-friendly, our pup felt right at home! It’s rare to find a place that’s both welcoming for dogs and this clean. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back again!

My suggestions for improvement would be: replace back screen door, replace dishwasher, fix rug in living room that keeps peeling back ( trip hazard), give directions on how to use thermostat, provide a timer for the oven/ stove, provide decent frying pans and pots that are not scratched up, and provide at least two kitchen towels for drying dishes. We didn't like that the drawer on the dresser in the downstairs bedroom was easy to pull all the way out without stopping, making it hard to use. My husband fixed it for you. Temperature throughout the cabin felt unevenly distributed, where some rooms were colder than others. We would recommend that the place offers an electric can opener and hand mixer for those who stay who like to cook. We liked that the place was equipped with many everyday items and some foods to help us get started, though.
