My Cottage Too is the perfect getaway for your visit to Pickwick Lake! Located only 5 minutes from the JP Coleman State Park and boat ramp. Featuring 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, covered front porch & deck to enjoy the peaceful woods and the fire pit with colorful, comfortable seating!
Small pets 35lbs or less considered, please message me, with pet fee and restrictions (not allowed on furniture, bedding, or left alone in the cottage unless crated)
Next door to the original “Cottage” for the convenience of reserving both for larger groups! Parking for up to 5 rigs, sleeping for up to 12 adults/4 small children when you reserve both. Parking for up to 2 boat/truck rigs at Cottage Too or RV (inquire about hookups), up to 5 rigs with both cottages.
Cottage Too is one of several Pickwick Lake vacation homes I offer and I take great pride in my properties being spotless clean, well decorated, and comfortable…ready to make your vacation or getaway perfect! Spa bathroom in the master with rain shower, tub/shower in guest bathroom. King in master, queen in middle guest, 2 bunks (4 singles) in third bedroom. Large closets, washer/dryer with soap/dryer sheets provided as well as disinfecting cleaning wipes. Kitchen well equipped with dishes, cookware, and basics. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner provided in bathrooms as well as towels, linens, and paper products. Free WiFi and large screen TV in living room; coffee table coverts to a desk. Covered front porch with ramp access, sun deck out back overlooking peaceful woods with outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, and charcoal grill. Real wood fire pit in yard. You’ll have the entire place to yourself! Once you book you will have my cell phone and I’m available most anytime to make sure your stay is perfect! The home is right in front of the entrance to JP Coleman State Park, 5 minutes and you’re on the water! Only a mile from JP Coleman state park with boat ramp/water access to Pickwick Lake. 15 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores in Iuka, and only 20 minutes from Counce, TN - Pickwick Grocery, Freddy T’s, JP’s restaurant, Aqua Grille, and many more restaurants and marinas. The Cottage is close to Florence, AL (Country Music Hall of Fame), Corinth, MS, Tupelo, MS, Iuka, MS, Counce, TN, and Savannah, TN. 10 minutes from restaurants and stores in Iuka, 15 minutes from restaurants and stores in Counce, TN. Plenty of parking for 2 (two) truck/boat rigs, and only 5 minutes from the water!

Here for family trip and boating. Everything was clean and neat as a pin, beds were comfy, satellite TV and WiFi marvelous. Anissa checked in with us regularly but was not annoying. Kitchen appliances were good. Fridge with icemaker, could be stocked with few more necessities like salt and pepper and smaller bowls as Grocery stores are 20 minutes away as are restaurants. Master shower was very slippery but remedied with a small piece of yoga mat. Seemed a little overpriced after pet fee as there was only narrow strip of yard to walk my dogs. Overall, a pleasant super clean comfortable accomodation close to state park. Many thanks Anissa.

This was a great place to stay for a bass fishing tournament on Pickwick Lake. It was clean and well furnished. Enjoyed having the house next door available to rent as well. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
