Brand new cabin /house finished in 2023, 1 mile from stateline boat ramp, huge boat storage shared with 3 other rented cabins on a 10 acre wooded property, fire pit with many chairs and tables next to the boat storage, 60 “ tv in living room and 42” in master with 250 channels. No Wifi but cell phones have good reception

I cannot say enough good things about my stay here this Spring. The cabin is ideally located for Pickwick lake activities. Equidistant boat ramp access to 2 ramps, about a ten minute drive. The cabin is nearly new, clean and comfortable and the location is quiet. The hosts, Brandon and Tonya, are very helpful and just good folks. I will be coming back!

Very new cabin, everything neat and clean, quiet area. Loved my stay, will definitely be back if I have another work trip there.

This cabin was ideal for our family's getaway. It is warm, inviting, comfortable, and quiet. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
