Your vacation rental is located in a quiet village setting at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers the ideal starting point for a wide range of vacation activities. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountain forests from the large rooftop terrace, which is accessible from the living room. Your dog is welcome here. At the back of the house, there is a fenced-in garden area for shared use (no dogs allowed). In 5 minutes, you can reach the wild and romantic Halblech River (the local stream) as well as biking and hiking trails. Shopping, the mountain railway in Buching, the Kenzenbus, and restaurants are all within 2 km. Within a 12-km radius, you’ll find numerous attractions, such as Füssen and King Ludwig’s castles—Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. For a refreshing dip nearby, visit the Halblech River or the six lakes, such as Lake Forggen, Lake Illasberg, or Lake Bannwald. You can relax at the König-Ludwig-Therme in Schwangau.

Vacation apartment. II/1 bedroom / shower, toilet:

Our spacious 55-square-meter vacation apartment was completely renovated in early 2023 and accommodates 2 people. It is located on the 1st floor (no sloped ceilings). The apartment features a large open-concept living area with a sofa (sofa bed), armchair, dining area, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, and a built-in kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, electric kettle, egg cooker, toaster, and coffee maker. The modern bathroom features a shower stall, sink, and toilet. To the right of the entryway is the newly renovated separate bedroom with a box-spring bed and a wardrobe, as well as access to the covered south-facing balcony. Blackout blinds, curtains, shutters, and soundproof glass ensure restful nights. In the summer, you can spend relaxing hours or enjoy barbecue evenings in our garden. Our guests can use Wi-Fi and the parking space under the carport free of charge.



On-site costs: Deposit via bank transfer: 30% upon booking, 70% 4 weeks before arrival, plus a security deposit of 100 €. The base rate includes bed linens, 1 towel set per person per week, Wi-Fi, a carport parking space, and final cleaning. For a fee: use of the washing machine, dryer, and electric car charging station; new as of mid-September: whirlpool/physiotherapy cabin (adults only). Dog: 10 euros per day. Tourist tax per night: May through September: Adults 1.40 €; children ages 7–17: €0.90; children 6 and under: free; Oct. through April: adults: €1.25; children ages 7–17: €0.85; children 6 and under: free. Keys are provided via a key safe.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
