We look forward to welcoming you to our 56 m² vacation apartment.
Our house, which includes the vacation apartment, was newly built in 2022/2024.
You can expect new furnishings as well as underfloor heating throughout the entire apartment.
The vacation apartment has a separate entrance, and the parking space is located right next to the building.
The outdoor facilities will be completed by 2025.
Vacation Rental/Shower/Toilet/1 Bedroom:
Our apartment building with a vacation rental was newly built at 2022 - 2024.
The entire apartment features brand-new furnishings, as well as underfloor heating and triple-glazed soundproof windows.
The open-concept living area is perfect for cooking, dining, and relaxing. Enjoy a glass of wine on the cozy sleeper sofa or cook together in the spacious kitchen.
The bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and a 1.80 m bed.
In the bathroom, you can wind down at the end of the day with a warm shower. It also offers plenty of storage space for your personal toiletries.
You can store your suitcases in the storage room. You’ll also find a broom and everything you need in case a little mishap should occur.
On-site fees: A 50% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due 2 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, payment is due on-site in cash or via instant bank transfer. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 30 and 14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed.
