About this apartment rental
Our barrier-free apartment "Beim Schaur" in Illasbergstr. 17 in the Berghof district has a living space of 80m2 on the garden level of a new building and was completed in 2019.
The spacious living room with modern kitchen is very bright and has a large panoramic window with a view of the terrace, garden and the Allgäu mountains. In the bathroom there is a shower and a bathtub ready for you to relax.
Cancellation policy:
up to 30 days before arrival free of charge,
up to 14 days before arrival 50%.
in the event of short-term cancellations, the full rental price is payable if we are unable to rent the apartment again within a short period of time.
We ask for your understanding.
Tourist tax per night:
Adults € 0.95 (May-September € 1.10)
Children 7-17 years. € 0.65 (May-September € 0.70)
Children up to 6 years free
Down payment 25%, balance on arrival in cash.
Arrival from 2 p.m. and departure by 10 a.m.
An earlier arrival or Departure is possible in consultation with the landlord, provided that no other guests arrive or depart on the same day.
In the high season and during holiday periods the arrival or Departure only possible on Saturday.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in der tollen Ferienwohnung (in der man sich auch bei Regenwetter wohl fühlt), die Natur direkt vor der Haustür, die schöne nähere und weitere Umgebung und nicht zuletzt der herzliche Empfang haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir wurden sehr nett von der Vermieterin empfangen, die uns die Ferienwohnung erst einmal gezeigt hat. Das Domizil befindet sich im Untergeschoss in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus und ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Es ist alles noch fast wie neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist hell und sehr sauber. Wir haben uns darin sofort wohl gefühlt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Boxspringbett sorgt für bequeme und erholsame Nächte;) Es gibt eine Terrasse, von der man den Blick in die Berge genießen kann. Außerdem befindet sich ein Aufzug im Haus, sodass auch alles barrierefrei erreichbar ist. Die Wohnung liegt etwa 12km von den Königsschlössern entfernt und auch sonst gibt es ringsum viel sehenswertes. Der Bäcker um die Ecke ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Ein Bio Laden ist auch gleich nebenan.
Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub und würden diese Ferienwohnung direkt wieder buchen.

Die neue FeWo liegt im kleinen Ortsteil Berghof etwas oberhalb mit schönem Ausblick auf die Berge. Die möblierte Terrasse liegt nach Süden/Südwesten, so dass wir am späten Nachmittag immer noch die Sonne dort genießen konnten. Die Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren und Wanderungen in die nähere und weitere Umgebung. In Berghof gibt es einen tollen Bäcker (2 min zu Fuß mit Cafe und einen Bioladen (direkt um die Ecke), auch mit kleinem Cafebetrieb. Die Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet...es fehlt an nichts. Selbst Rolläden und Fliegengitter befinden sich vor den Fenstern. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben einen super entspannten 14tägigen Aufenthalt hier verbracht. Die Abreise fiel uns sehr schwer. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmal an unsere liebe Vermieterin Karin! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Liebe Grüße aus Hannover!
